bdt8 conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. To use bdt8, you must also confirm that:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously been excluded from bdt8 or any affiliated platform.
• You understand that gaming carries financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited.

Each player may hold only one registered account on bdt8. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds or bonuses contained within them. bdt8 uses mobile number-based OTP verification during the registration process to confirm the authenticity of new accounts.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times. bdt8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the identity of any account holder. KYC documentation requirements include, but are not limited to:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport issued by Bangladesh or another recognised authority.
• Proof of address where requested (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document not older than three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by bdt8 as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bdt8 account credentials. bdt8 will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify bdt8 immediately via [email protected]. bdt8 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the account holder failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

bdt8 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or a failure to complete identity verification. Withdrawal requests may also be subject to additional review during periods of unusually high transaction volume. The following payment methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank.
• International cards: Visa and Mastercard (deposits only where supported).

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion details, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued by bdt8:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

The platform is open exclusively to players aged 21 and above. bdt8 does not knowingly permit underage registration and will permanently close any account verified to belong to a person under the age of 21. bdt8 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or constitutes fraud. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to launder money or use bdt8 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.

bdt8 employs real-time fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. Any account flagged by these systems will be suspended pending investigation. bdt8's determination in matters of fraud, abuse, or prohibited activity is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in these Terms.

All content on the bdt8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of bdt8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the bdt8 platform may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of bdt8.

Game content displayed on bdt8 is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All trademarks, game titles, and associated intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. bdt8 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from game outcomes, technical errors, platform downtime, or delays in payment processing. bdt8 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bdt8's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Players acknowledge that they participate in gaming activities at their own risk and that winning is not guaranteed.

bdt8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the bdt8 platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bdt8 does not sell personal data to third parties.
